We make most things ourselves

Every morning, we bake bread and pastries in the Bakery. In our own Micro Dairy, we hand-stretch mozzarella and fold burrata the same day it's served – and in our Salumeria, we salt, dry and age our own charcuterie.

Everything else comes from nearby producers, whatever's best right now. We've been doing it that way since 2014.

Fresh from the oven every day. The Mirabelle bread. Fresh sourdough bread from our own bakery, every day of the week, until the last loaf is gone. It's a big loaf, so one goes a long way and keeps the whole household fed for days.
